Think of me as part strategist, part hands-on implementer - someone who doesn't just draw the map, but walks the journey with you.

Between you and me - I love rolling up my sleeves and turning those big-picture plans into real, tangible progress. (Unofficially I am a productivity whizz and lover of schedules and post-it notes.​)

My career path for over 20 years has taken me from Event Project Management to Performing Arts Centre Manager and various roles in music and festivals from Wardrobe Mistress, Touring Production Assistant to Assistant Tour Manager where I finished that life with One Direction. I came ‘off the road’ at the end of 2016.
Throughout my career, all roles have been administration and operations led. I was always office based – though often those offices were a portacabin in a field, or a dressing room in a Stadium, and more often than not, the desk at the end of my bed in my hotel room. Despite the glamorous side of the world in which I worked, I was and still am someone who has list, loves a spreadsheet and enjoys nothing more that planning a project.​​​
Now add on being a Certified Business Strategist and ADHD Practitioner , you have have where I am today.
